If you take time to educate yourself on your options and work at treatment with as much consistency and heart as you can, it is a matter of time before you will see improvement. I appreciate what you wrote about the importance of not living in the past. The present is all we have. When we think "if only I had" we are invested in the past and when we ask "when will this go away" we are trying to place ourselves in the future.
